Part of Eltham\'s youth policy (which means he is anywhere between 15 and 50), Ricky is probably Eltham\'s most improved played over recent seasons. His on-the-spot medium pacers can often now be seen opening the Eltham bowling. His moaning about Charton can also often be seen on Facebook. Ricky will as usual have to ensure he brings along the sun cream on tour, as he has a tendency to do lobster impressions if the sun pokes through the clouds. Rumour has it however that this year he is not going to be doing his other impression on tour, that of \"Mrs Wouldham\".
